About the role
We are looking for a Creative Producer to own the full creative cycle — from audience understanding and hypothesis building to finished videos ready to launch and scale. You will work closely with Video Editors and AI Creators across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
Your focus is performance: ROAS above 0.9 and campaigns that reach $10,000+ in weekly spend. This role is execution-heavy, results-driven, and centered on consistent weekly output.
Responsibilities
Ideation and hypothesis testing
Generate and test creative hypotheses at speed
- Study the audience and what makes them act
- Watch competitors and trends, adapt what works
- Form clear hypotheses for each segment and create new angles to test
Briefs and production
Own the creative from idea to final version
- Write clear, practical briefs that are understood the first time
- Work with references, formats, and hooks to turn vague ideas into clear tasks. Give feedback on early drafts and improve based on first results
- Stop weak ideas early and move on
Performance and iteration
Validate fast and double down on what drives ROAS
- Track what works and what does not
- Maintain high output: 70 creatives per week, up to 5 variations per idea
Expectations
- Within 1 month: Launch 15 campaigns, hit ROAS 0.9+ with $10,000+ weekly spend on at least 2 of them. Understand the product, key audiences, and core ad formats. Ship test-ready creatives consistently.
- Within 3 months: Launch 15–20 campaigns per month, 45–60 total. Have 6–9 campaigns at ROAS 0.9+ with $10,000+ weekly spend. Own several segments end to end and run structured testing with clear hypotheses.
- Within 6 months: Launch 20+ campaigns per month, 100+ total. Have a repeatable set of campaigns that consistently hit ROAS 0.9+. Drive creative decisions based on revenue. Scale winning formats and kill weak ones fast.
